Still chasing greatness at 52. 🏃🏾‍♂️🏆
In 2025, I was honored to be named the Atlanta Track Club Masters Athlete of the Year (50+) and crowned the 2025 USA Masters 400m Champion.
I am forever grateful to God for the health and strength to keep competing, inspiring, and making memories. Thank you to my teammates, fellow athletes, coaches, family, and everyone who has supported my journey.
Inspire. Educate. Motivate.
To God be the glory! 🙏🏾

New challenge. New event. Same passion. 💪🏾
Tomorrow I step into the 100m Hurdles for the first time at the 2027 USATF Masters Outdoor Championships.
After becoming an Olympian, World Masters Champion, and World Record Holder, I'm still pushing my limits and embracing new challenges. Age is just a number when your passion is greater than your excuses.
Grateful to still be living the dream, making memories, and enjoying every stride.
Let's go! 🙏🏾🏃🏾‍♂️
