If you’re a CPG founder, it is a MUST that you apply to the @usblackchambers USBC 360 program when applications open! 💚

The value my business has received in less than 8 weeks has been tremendous!

From understanding our revenue mix across different channels to learning how to evaluate the profitability of each one, this program has already changed the way I think and make decisions as a CEO.

Prior to this program, I understood the revenue we were generating across our different channels but I hadn’t taken the time to evaluate what percentage each channel contributed to our overall business.

Now, I’m learning how to look beyond revenue and evaluate each channel through the lens of profitability, sustainability, and long term growth.

Lately, my business has been in a season of incredible opportunities. And while it’s tempting to say YES to everything, I’m learning that just because an opportunity is good doesn’t mean it’s the right opportunity for this season.

The wisest decisions aren’t always the most exciting ones. Sometimes, they’re the ones supported by the data!

One of the simplest ways to step into the next level of your business or life is to commit to being a forever student! 👩🏾‍🎓

There’s always another level of understanding, another skill to develop, and another perspective to gain.

Said all that to say, if you’re a CPG founder, seriously consider applying to this program when applications reopen! 👑💐😘

Keep learning. Keep growing. And most importantly, #KeepTheFaith!

*This is video 40!* The Black Panther Party was founded 60 years ago this week! One of their most important legacies was how they challenged America to rethink what it means to support children. Check out our research on school lunch debt and the injustice of hungry kids.

After a long hiatus we are back for regularly scheduled economic videos the rest of 2026! Share with your people—and stay tuned for the next one!

Guess what? I spoke at the U.S. Black Chambers National Conference and School of Chamber Management.

And I walked in with a message: Access was never automatic. AI is the next gate.

Washington, D.C. A room full of chamber leaders planning for 2027. Dorian and I led "Leading Forward: Chamber Strategy Planning for 2027," and I brought what I always bring. Governance. The T.R.U.S.T. Framework™. Six missions every chamber can move on now.

Training teaches the tool. Governance decides if you should use it.

And then the best part. The people and the knowledge. We worked. We laughed. We broke bread.

President Ron Busby Sr. and the USBC team, thank you for inviting me to your conference and to speak to your Chamber leaders. I do not take that lightly. And to the leaders making huge waves and big moves now, in 2027 and beyond, thank you. Looking forward to collaborating with you all. So much more to come.

God opened the door. I walked through it prepared.

Chamber leaders: what AI tools is your chamber using right now, and who decided? If you can't answer the second half, we need to talk. Let's connect: @quantumflexsolutions

Last week, I had the opportunity to lead a business strategy workshop at the USBC National Conference.

Below is a photo of the chamber leaders from around the country who attended my session. I learned so much last week by attending the event.

Preparing for and attending the conference allowed me to:
1) consume information on my own as I prepared my workshop materials.
2) have conversations with others through the two days of activities that exposed me to new ideas and perspect
3) process and memorialize my learning by writing the blog below

As AI becomes more popular, people may spend less time on #2 and #3, and that is a shame.

Interacting with other people, and taking the time to write are two of the most enjoyable ways to learn and develop new ideas.

I encourage you to find some time to connect with someone new, especially if they are from a different region than you.

It is great to get outside of your own bubble.
