Missed yesterday (May 26) of our 31 More Good Days Together, so here goes 💛 Try something new. Maybe it becomes a hobby. Maybe it’s the thing that brings you clarity, peace, or even… fun. Think back to a time when a person, place, or thing made you feel “not bad.” Revisit it. See how you can bring a little more of that feeling into your life now. #31MoreGoodDaysTogether #YouBelong #TrySomethingNew #MentalHealthMatters Try something new at least once. images of hobbies like listening to music, knitting, bike riding, photography, playing guitar, playing video game, cooking, reading or journaling. Set aside 15 minutes to try out a new hobby or rediscover an old one. Engaging in a hobby can support good mental health.

I returned to @usc_upstate as a nontraditional student at 26 and didn’t know a soul when I got there. I left with community, lifelong connections, and became the first initiate of the @upstatemab chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Being surrounded by ambitious students and leaders in #Spartanburg changed me. The flowers smell good even 694 miles away in Brooklyn. 🌹 Thank you for this beautiful recognition, Shannon and the entire USC Upstate Black Alumni Council. Spartan Pride 🖤💚
