Just because your athlete leaves a workout exhausted doesn’t mean it was a good workout.

Especially in-season.

They’re already practicing, competing, and putting plenty of stress on their bodies.

I’m not trying to see how tired I can make these kids.

I want quality sprints, explosive movements, challenging strength work, and enough recovery to actually perform.

Rest isn’t wasted time. And more work isn’t always better.

The goal isn’t to make them tired. It’s to make them better.

I am beyond blessed to announce my commitment with Cal State University Long Beach to continue my athletic and academic career.

Thank you to my coaches, Craig, Juan, Josh, and Andres for helping me so much throughout these last years, I am super thankful to have them as coaches. I also want to thank my past coaches, Dani Madrigal, Cameron Ruget, and Kristen for my development when I was younger.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have my parents and brother in this journey, I want to give out a huge thanks to them for always supporting through the good times and tough times.

Huge thanks to Coach Mauricio and staff for believing and trusting in me. I can’t wait for this new chapter. GO BEACH!!

Everyone wants the outcome.
Few respect the work.

Everyone’s got something to say.
We’re busy building athletes.
