The FOMO is real. Tampa’s Indian food truck scene is heating up, and FOMO on N. 40th is the one you haven’t tried yet. The lifafa alone is worth the drive.

Thank you, Dr. Mo, and the @usf_exercise_science interns and volunteers. Your support this year has made a meaningful impact at both @mmfitness_studio and our nonprofit, @strongover50inc .

I believe in creating opportunities for talented, hardworking students—especially as they prepare to graduate and begin their careers. Investing in the next generation benefits everyone.

Looking for hands-on experience? 💪

Our Exercise Science and Kinesiology (ESK) student, Daniela, did just that through her internship with @powerdesigninc . During her internship, she led a class called Stretch and Flexibility while learning alongside experienced wellness professionals.

Opportunities like this help ESK students gain real-world experience and apply what they learn in the classroom as they prepare for successful careers.

Bulls meet Bucs. 🤘🏴‍☠️

Our Exercise Science and Kinesiology students gained valuable hands-on experience at the Baker Mayfield Youth Football Camp, working alongside coaches and helping young athletes build skills and confidence.

Experiences like this help students strengthen their leadership and communication skills while preparing for careers in sports performance, coaching and health and wellness.

🇺🇸 HUGE NEWS FOR KEEP PULLING 🇺🇸
Keep Pulling athlete Andrea Barrows has officially been selected to represent Team USA at the 2026 FISU America Games in Lima, Peru this July!

Andrea enters the event as the #1 ranked female athlete following her fourth University National Championship title in Salt Lake City, and will compete against top university athletes from across the Americas on the international stage.

This marks Barrows’ third international Team USA selection in Olympic Weightlifting. In 2022, she represented the United States at the Junior Pan American Championships in Lima, Peru, where she placed 5th overall in the 76KG category. She followed that performance with a championship-winning outing at the 2024 FISU America Games, earning the title of 77KG Champion.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey along the way! 🇺🇸
