Athlete Spotlight: Abi Julian — USJ softball

As a student-athlete, @_abijulian has been shaped by the game she loves, but she also knows the pressure that comes with it. Through it all, she’s learned she is more than her sport and that mental health matters just as much as performance 🩵🩵🩵 #amhw2026 #morgansmessage #athletesmentalhealthmatters

Working hard on and off the field! 💪🥎

Excited to kick off my fall season with a showcase! Unfortunately, the rain cut our weekend short, but we were able to get a few games in and make the most of the opportunity.

Always working to get better, compete, and represent my team! 💙💛
