Glico man was definitely number 1 on the list along with Osaka Castle, visiting another Ralph's Coffee and having the famous Okonomiyaki 🤤 So grateful that I was able to tick off more of Japan ✅️🇯🇵

Tokyo adventures part 2 🇯🇵🤖🍜 - Seeing Tokyo Skytree was just a small part 😅 The highlight was the amazing food in Tokyo with plenty of Ramen 🤤 and visiting Dawn a Robot Cafè where you dine with Robots (aka humans with disabilities who can work from home while being with you in the Cafè, such a cool concept) 🔥

An honour to tick off Mount Fuji in Japan 🏔🇯🇵✅️ This has been on my bucket list for years and I can confirm it is just as breathtaking as it looks 😍

The views from Oishi Park were phenomenal 🔥 easily beating the views from Lawson!

Tatami dining that day was definitely an interesting experience 👌🏽

Plenty more adventures coming from this trip, watch this space 👀

I signed a contract with myself this year to keep every single promise I made to myself ✅️ One of those was getting into the best possible shape I have ever been in 💪🏽

The rest I will continue to keep, being as authentic as possible 💯 There is no better feeling than fulfilling promises made to yourself and being disciplined enough to sticking with that 😊

The before picture is from December (end of last year) a bit of indulgence after Christmas certainly showed 😅 but that didn't stop me from working hard to correct that!

Huge thanks to my coaches @jj_fortis and @rw_coaching_ for pushing me to the limit with this 👊🏽

Big photocredits to @snhfoto for the epic pictures 📸
