Shout out to Cam over at Utah Diesel Center for helping me get set up with a Banks Monster Ram for my truck. My Ram is getting close to rolling over 100,000 miles, which is right about the time you start hearing the horror stories about the factory grid heater bolt failures on the 6.7 Cummins.

After pulling the factory intake apart and seeing that restrictive grid heater setup, it’s pretty obvious how much it chokes down airflow. Just look at the difference between the factory piece and the Banks Monster Ram, it’s night and day. The Banks design completely opens things up and lets the engine breathe the way it should have from the factory.

I’ve only put about 20 miles on it so far, but I can already tell a big difference in throttle response. It just feels smoother and stronger.

Cam took good care of me and made sure I got exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for parts, upgrades, or advice for your diesel truck, Utah Diesel Center is definitely the place to go. Those guys know their stuff.

I COULD BE WRONG. But I have built a bunch of these 305hp 5.9 Cummins engines.

The sweetest goodbye to the sport I love most❤️‍🔥

* Words cannot express how thankful I am for this sport and how much I will miss this program! It was such a blessing to have had the opportunity to play at UNLV for my collegiate career! I will forever cherish the memories and lessons learned throughout my past four years here!

* Thank you to my teammates that made every year so special and memorable! Thank you for the forever friendships made as well as the endless love and support!
* To all my coaches through my soccer career thank you for pushing me to be the best athlete and person possible! For never letting me quit on my dreams!
* To my family I will forever be thankful for your love and support! Traveling hundreds of miles for every game and cheering me on no matter what! I could never have done this without you and I am so thankful every single day! I love you!
Thank you soccer and UNLV for making my dreams come true❤️‍🔥

@dieselsinthemountains was awesome. This is just a teaser to all that went down. Dyno, dirt drags, sled pulls, and lots of carnage! Awesome day. #Diesel #CumminsSwapTheWorld #DieselPower #RollCoal #FullyDeleted

In a past life, what feels like forever ago, I used to manage the crap out of this shop. Stopped by today to say hi (Cameron, where ya at?!) and loved seeing how much it’s grown and changed over the last seven years. If you’ve got a diesel and need a place where they know what they’re doing and love it, @utahdiesel is it. I don’t miss running a mechanic shop at all, but I do miss this whole Schmidt family! Love ya guys 💜
