First, I would like to thank my lord and savior Jesus Christ for this amazing opportunity without him none of this would be possible. Second I would like to thank my parents for all of the hour drives to practice and pouring all that they did into me, and finally I would like to thank all of my coaches who have helped me along my journey. With that being said I’m blessed to announce that I am 1000% committed to The University of Toccoa Falls! Go screaming eagles🦅🦅 #ᴀɢᴛɢ #committed #goeagles

Our next Coaches Spotlight for our 3rd Annual Fall Showcase is Coach Colin Doss from the University of Toccoa Falls in Toccoa Georgia.

Coach Doss is entering his first season as Head Coach at UTF.

Coach Doss has quickly established himself as one of the rising young coaches in collegiate and high school basketball, earning back-to-back Coach of the Year honors.

Most recently, Doss served as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Murray High School in Kentucky, where he led the Tigers from a nine-win season to 21 victories in just one season. His efforts earned him the 2026 KABC Region Coach of the Year award.

Prior to Murray, Doss launched the men’s basketball program at John Melvin College in Pensacola, Florida. In its inaugural season, he led the program to a 25-6 record and a No. 10 national ranking. His team led the USCAA in scoring at 96 points per game and ranked first nationally in offensive efficiency, pace of play, three-pointers made, and three-point percentage.

Doss was named the 2025 New South Athletic Conference Coach of the Year and was nominated for the 2025 USCAA National Coach of the Year Award.

We are excited to have Coach Colin Doss at our next event on September 6th at Southeastern Prep!

I’m excited to announce my commitment to Toccoa Falls College to continue my academic and basketball career!

First, I want to thank God for guiding me every step of the way. Thank you to my family for your constant support and sacrifices, and to my coaches and teammates who have pushed me to grow on and off the court.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the TFC basketball program and can’t wait to get to work.

Let’s go Eagles! 🦅🏀
