Oh, our sweet boy Dexter ❤️

I’ll love you forever and always. You were such a big part of who I am today. You kept me going when I didn’t know which way to go, and you kept me above water more times than I can count. Life won’t be the same without you here. You were the best boy we could’ve ever asked for. This isn’t goodbye, old man. It’s see you later ❤️

I know you’re with Grandma and Grandpa now, and I know they’ll take good care of you. Grandma always did say you were half her dog. We love you so much ❤️

UTK9 began with you. I brought you home when I was 16, and training you is what got me into this. You were my right-hand man through it all and our very first demo dog.

You were part of every chapter after that, helping raise Raya, Ryker, Renae, Rukkus and Roscoe. When we moved to the farm, you got to spend your senior years doing what you loved: being outside, sniffing around and taking your time.

You’ll always be at the heart of UTK9, and you’ll always be my boy.

Finally got around to sharing our video from a few weekends ago!

Spur of the moment, we entered 7 jumps and Ramona placed in 5 of them! 🙌 Such a super fun weekend and I'm sad dock is over until next year. 👎 But we got lots of time now to work on our throws and her tracking the toy!

Thank you again to @segafamilyfarms for hosting such a welcoming & beautiful event!

Special shout out to Tyler and Aly at @utk9.workingdogs for producing the coolest dog.

Guess I should tag @rnr_k9 for this wicked collar that's perfect for this sport! 🌊 We LOVE it!
