I am so thrilled to have been chosen to represent Sigma Alpha in this year’s race for 2026 UTM Homecoming Queen! 🍓🧺

UTM has been my home for 3 years now and in that short amount of time it has given me so many opportunities, memories, and sweet friendships. It would be an honor to represent this university and the people who make it feel like home by being crowned this year’s queen!

I would be so grateful to have your support! Pick the berry best, vote Kayla for hoco queen on Oct. 28th from 10 am- 6pm!👑

SENDING LOVE FROM #KENYA 💌✈️

Our sister, Makaylee Perry, has spent the last few weeks #LEARNING, #SERVING and #EXPLORING throughout Kenya! She had the opportunity to experience Kenya’s incredible wildlife and conservation efforts through visits to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Maasai Mara Game Reserve and Nairobi National Park. 🐘🗺️

In addition, Makaylee developed and led a rabies education project for local communities, educating more than 100 Maasai schoolchildren, parents, educators and community members on rabies prevention and awareness. 🌍🇰🇪

Through her dedication to service and education, she made a meaningful impact while representing our #SISTERHOOD abroad and we couldn’t be prouder!! 🤍🤍🤍

+++ Hear what she has to say about her trip!!

“A piece of my heart will always be in Kenya. 🇰🇪 From serving alongside incredible communities, educating locals to sharing unforgettable moments on safaris, this experience changed me in so many ways. I am so grateful for the friendships that grew stronger through this trip! Every UTM Panhellenic organization was represented and we were able to greatly bond and form long lasting friendships. Thank you Jesus for Kenya, it’s people, and your love!!🤍” @pmakaylee05
