Ran a great race at the Pro-Fit Last Chance Invitational, placing 4th overall with a time of 16:19 for 3.05 miles. Districts is just around the corner being next week, and it’s time to drop the volume for this last month of the season. I’m grateful to be where I am and to have the opportunity to keep going, and goals are being chased next week!
