Here’s a little look into what I’ve been able to capture of the offseason with @uwgsoftball so far! 🥎🏋🏻‍♀️⚡️🐺

There’s plenty not shown here, but I get to have them in the weightroom 3x a week and on the field 2x a week. We sprint, jump, throw, squat, hinge, press, pull with intent every week.

The focus is hammering home all the basics, especially since we’ve got a pretty new team and let me tell you they have amazed me with their buy in and enthusiasm. Literally makes my job so fun and easy :)) Special shout @dixianaaa.simsss for making my morning when she told me she did her first chin up ever the other day

We wrapped up an eccentric focused accumulation block in the WR to build up intrinsic awareness and learn good positions before we progress to heavier/more explosive work. On the field so far, we’ve focused on acceleration, first-step + lateral quickness as well as aerobic base building towards repeated outputs.

ANOTHER AGT GIRL IS HEADED TO THE NEXT LEVEL!!! The AGT organization is proud to celebrate Lakelin “Lake” Hall on her commitment to continue her academic and softball career at @uwestga & @uwgsoftball!

A true five-tool athlete, Lake brings an incredible combination of power, speed, athleticism and competitive fire to the field! With a cannon for an arm, a powerful bat and speed that keeps defenses on their toes, Lake is the kind of player who can change a game in a hurry! 💥

But what makes @lakelin22 so special to our organization goes well beyond her athletic ability. She puts the same heart, discipline and determination into the classroom, her faith and her community. Lake’s leadership, character and commitment to others is what make her such a valuable part of our AGT Family.

Lake, we know this opportunity represents years of hard work, sacrifices, faith and the unwavering support of those who have helped you along the way. Watching our athletes achieve their dreams is one of the greatest rewards of what we do, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate this moment with you.

Congratulations, Lake! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to watch you represent the West Georgia Wolves at the next level! 🐺❤️💙

WEST GEORGIA IS GETTING A GOOD ONE!!! WELCOME TO THE WOLVES FAMILY, LAKE! ❤️💙

The AGT Family is incredibly excited to celebrate Lakelin “Lake” Hall on her commitment to continue her academic and softball career at the @uwestga!

A true five-tool athlete, @lakelin22 brings the COMPLETE PACKAGE. A cannon in the outfield, serious power at the plate, game-changing speed and the athletic instincts to make the difficult look easy. A nationally ranked outfielder, First Team All-State selection and Georgia State Champion, Lake has built an impressive résumé through years of hard work and dedication. 🔥

But anyone who knows Lake knows there’s so much more to her than softball. A multi-sport athlete, exceptional student and natural leader, she brings that same competitive drive to everything she does. Her academic achievements and commitment to serving others speak volumes about the young woman she is.

Lake, we know how much this moment means to you and how many people have helped you along the way. Your faith, determination and commitment have brought you to this next chapter, and we couldn’t be happier to see you find your college home. Congratulations!

@uwgsoftball is getting one heck of an athlete and an even better young woman!

GO WOLVES! 🐺❤️💙

🐺💜 NIGHTMARE x UWG 💜🐺

We’ve had three of our Nightmare girls attend University of West Georgia softball camps recently, and we just wanted to give a little shoutout to the UWG Softball program!

Our girls have really enjoyed their time at camp, and we’re so thankful to the coaches and players for putting on great camps and taking the time to pour back into the next generation of softball players. 🥎

We love seeing our girls step outside of their comfort zones, learn from different coaches, and take advantage of opportunities to grow their game.

And who knows… maybe we’ve got a future Wolf or two in the Nightmare family. 👀🐺💜🩵

Thank you, UWG Softball, for investing in these girls and continuing to grow the game!
