We have just finished the binding workshop, as the final completion of our class project for the 1st semester. The first time I saw it, I was very glad that, hey, everyone’s work is in this book. I started to remember what our course leader said about this book would being a good memory for us. I appreciate that we could go through it together. There were many problems, confusions, and miscommunications. Sometimes it felt like it took a very long time, but at other times, it felt short. We learned a lot of things, both technically and practically. I truly appreciate it. Many thanks to everyone: our classmates, lecturers, UAL staff, academic support, and library staff who let me live there. Guys, I loved growing up with you guys and can’t wait to see our next step!! #binding #museum #ual

What is a drop-in session? 🖥️ Monday - Friday, 11am-12pm & 3pm-4pm (BST)
If you need more specific support outside of these times please email: thedigitalspace@lcc.arts.ac.uk 👋 Think of the drop-in like a virtual visit to The Digital Space. If you want help with a project but you don't know where to start, you can come in and talk to us about it - just like you would in The Digital Space at LCC. If you're already working with one of our technicians on a project it can be a good opportunity to ask follow up questions. You can join anytime you like during the session - we know this can feel a little awkward as we might be in the middle of talking to other students when you join in, but just say hello using the chat box and or use the 'raise hand' function to let us know you're there. Sometimes Collaborate will show your username as a number - if that happens then don't forget to tell us your name! We can also make breakout sessions so you can work 1:1 with a technician while the rest of the team stays available for other students.
