Details of the stunning venue for our introduction ceremony. 🥂

Finding a venue was probably the longest part of planning, we’d been looking since 2025 once we decided we would need an actual space, but nothing we had seen felt like us.

We were really intentional about our guests’ experience because for some of our guests this would be their first experience of what a Nigerian celebration looks like.

We wanted a venue that most importantly felt like home, with our guests transported out of Chicago for a few hours to show them a glimpse of home. But also we wanted it to feel like a warm hug you don’t want to pull away from.

We found this venue the same month it opened, and it felt like a gift from God. When we saw it for the first time, we fell in love(and they knew it), and we knew without a doubt this was the perfect place to start this beautiful journey. The details of the space, from the entrance, to the unique, yet intimate seating arrangements, it carried our vision of what we wanted that night to be.

And @goldencreationdesigns added the final piece to an already stunning puzzle.
