Cannot rave about this cake made by @uzokitchen enough 💕🦖😍 I asked for a cake for a dinosaur- themed party, and Uzo surprised me with this gem. It was delicious, of course, and the presentation was excellent! Highly recommend 💕

🍞 Homemade Milk Bread (Tangzhong Method)
Tangzhong • 1½ cups milk
• ¼ cup bread flour
Dough • 1 tbsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 3 tbsp butter, melted or softened
• Bread flour
For Brushing Before Baking • 1 egg
• Splash of milk
After Baking • Brush with butter for a soft, shiny crust ✨
The slightly runny tangzhong is my secret to bread that's extra soft, fluffy, and stays fresh longer. Would you try homemade bread instead of store-bought? 🍞❤️
