It’s our first “what’s your why? Wednesday” and our featured patron/ PT client (almost a year of training down!) is Veronica! When we asked Veronica what her why was, she said “working out improves my mood. I went from not moving at all to getting out every day and also got me to meet new people and try new things such as glow hiit and yoga!” @v.eronic.a_

Dear friends, happy new year! The winners have been announced for the scratch-map competition. After inputting nearly 400 contestants (from both Instagram and Facebook) into a randomizer software, the following people were selected. Congratulations! And if you didn’t win, don’t worry! I’m hoping to do another giveaway soon. If you'd like to buy one of these maps send me a direct message and I'll help you get discounted maps! Much love and happy new year!
Note: The winners have been messaged individually and I'll be shipping out the maps shortly!
