A few new classes are coming next term! Here’s a quick overview of each one 🤩

⭐️ Broadway Jazz: Love musicals and cabaret? This class is full of storytelling and show-stopping choreography inspired by Broadway shows. Time to unleash your inner performer!

🩰 Gentle Ballet: A low impact ballet class focused on graceful movement, posture and strength. Perfect if you’re new to ballet or looking for a gentler way to move. This class will skip allegro (jumps)

💛 Open Lyrical/Contemporary: Let yourself feel movement through your whole body and even get in touch with your emotions. This expressive style blends beautiful technique & creative choreography with emotion and freedom of movement.

🤠 Line Dancing: No partner needed! Learn fun, easy-to-follow routines to great music while building confidence and having a laugh with friends. We will work through easy, medium and difficult routines to work on minds and bodies!

✅ Ballet Technique: Refine your foundations with a class dedicated to balance, alignment, strength and beautiful classical technique and vocab. Great for dancers wanting to improve or return to ballet.

🧘‍♀️ Stretch & Flow: Slow down, breathe and find mobility in different parts of your body. Improve flexibility and strength with a relaxing class that leaves your body feeling longer and refreshed.

Our Glow Show 3.0 was an incredible success because…. the dancers showed up and put their best foot (feet) forward with confidence, and friends and family showed up to support the dancers and give us all encouragement. What an amazing night! Thank you to everyone involved and who sent us messages 💛💛💛 I am so grateful for the Glow community and thanks for sending through photos. A special mention to @alyson_gleeson for her tap pieces, @kleynhansluke for handling the sound and @trinamurphy66 for catering (and Dad, our waiter)
