I don’t know who’s actually going to read all of this lol, but I just want to say thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday. I’m truly lucky to be surrounded by so much love and so many genuine, amazing people. “grateful” honestly feels like an understatement.

Being 22 definitely taught me a lot. I’m at that stage where I’m still young and figuring things out, but also an adult, and that comes with its own kind of stress. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is the importance of self-care. I’ve realized that it’s not in my power to do everything, and that’s okay, things take time, and everything happens for a reason.

Looking back, I think in my early twenties I avoided accepting sadness as a real feeling, and that brought its own challenges. But now I understand how important it is to let myself feel everything life throws at me, good or bad.

One thing I know for sure is that I won’t let fear or regret hold me back. Life is way too short for that. And I know I’ll keep growing, especially with the love and energy of my amazing, sweet friends by my side. 💕
