A good day in the field isn’t about the numbers — it’s about the preparation. When you know your route, own your approach, and show up without the anxiety, the results follow. That’s what it looks like to work with intention.

It’s been a journey and there’s been no shortage of hard work. But I remember laying in bed wondering how we’d ever simply catch up so that one day we could dream. I wondered how I could be the dad and husband I envisioned for my family. Fast forward nearly a year, I’m grateful for this crew and this vehicle. It’s a good one.

Send me a DM or comment if you’re needing to hear more.

We don’t talk about the lifestyle. We film it. 🎬

It’s March Madness.

Brackets are set and the competition is real. Every rep stepping in knows it’s not about luck, it’s about who’s willing to show up, push harder, and stay consistent when the pressure turns up.

Early mornings. Long days. One more door when everyone else is ready to call it.

This is when competitors separate themselves. Every conversation matters. Every deal counts. Every day moves the bracket.

Some people watch March Madness. Others compete in it.

Let’s see who advances.

Awesome way to kick off the New Years with V3 Walnut Creek 🐕

I’ve actually never been to an NHL matchup before and would definitely recommend if it’s on your list of things to do! Sharks won too so that was cool!

•
It’s truly a blessing when you love the people you work with and your company takes great care of its employees. 🙏

This is my favorite non-family photo of 2025.

On the screen is young Alec — ambitious, hopeful, untested, chasing something he didn’t fully understand yet.
Next to him is seasoned Alec — shaped by years of pressure, growth, failure, discipline, and persistence.

Same heart. More depth.

But the part that matters most…
is off to the right.

His wife, Cari.
Sitting quietly.
Phone in hand.
Still showing up the same way she always has.

She saw the vision before there were results.
She lived through the long nights and uncertain seasons.
She carried extra weight so momentum could keep moving forward.
She believed when belief was the only option.

This is the part most people never see.

Success doesn’t just happen on stages.
It’s built in kitchens, late conversations, missed weekends, prayers, patience, and unwavering support.

And years later — when the growth shows, when the maturity shows, when the consistency shows — she’s still right there. Not for recognition. Not for attention. Just present.

To every wife walking alongside a driven husband:
You are not “on the sidelines.”
You are part of the foundation.

Save this if it feels familiar.
Send it to someone who lives this reality.
And if you are that someone — you matter more than you know.

🔑 THE KEY TO GROWTH: Personal Responsibility 🔑

One of the biggest shifts our reps see at V3 is the leap in personal responsibility!

Andrey Z. breaks down how working here isn't about clocking in and out—it's about choosing your own success. This job is a curse or a blessing, depending on how you pursue it. You have the freedom to work harder and make whatever you want out of it, and nobody is breathing down your neck.
