Memories that will last a life time ♥️ A little video for us to remember ✨ This week we closed the door on a huge chapter of our lives, our little French adventure 🫶🏼 I will forever be proud of mum for embarking on this journey and renovating a complete wreck into a beautiful home we’ve all enjoyed for years. It’s been so wonderful to explore this area of France and get to know it so well. It has shaped our business and given us so much joy, as well as friends and family who have also experienced it. It’s time for someone else to love the house as much as we have now. Honestly…This lady never ceases to amaze me 🌼 As some of you know Mum has recently been suffering quite badly and was in need of a hip replacement. She was managing until about 6 weeks ago and all of a sudden it just got worse. So, like the positive, pro-active person that she is, she couldn’t wait for the NHS so booked a visit to Nord Orthopaedics in Lithuania. Yes you read that correctly. In her words, “I’ve got a shop to run, stock to source, France to visit, people to see, things to do - I ain’t letting this stop me!” Sunday just gone I drove her down to Luton, she flew out Monday morning, had the surgery Tuesday morning (yesterday) and 24 hours later she’s up and about (safely might I add) learning to walk with her brand new hip in another country! I’m flying over there on Sunday to bring her home on Monday ✨✈️ She’s doing really well and now heading off to spend 4 nights in a Spa hotel with physio and all sorts of other helpful things on tap. What a hero… I’m sorry but she’s f**ing ace!!!! 🥰💕✨🌼🤍🌸🌿 #myinspirationeveryday❤️
