The journey begins as we celebrate the extraordinary legacy of Professor Tom Theofanopoulos.

With over 40 years of dedication to martial arts, 38 years of building a successful business, and countless champions developed under his guidance, Professor Tom has created a legacy that extends far beyond the mat.

For generations, he has mentored, inspired, and empowered young people, helping them build confidence, discipline, character, and the strength to become the best versions of themselves.

Today, we honor not only a great martial artist and teacher, but a remarkable man whose influence has shaped lives, inspired generations, and created a legacy that will live on for years to come.

This is his story. This is his legacy.

Cannon turns 1 today 🧁🥹 Tin can, candy man, my rollie pollie, and fat boi! I can’t put into words how much you’ve made my heart grow more than double its size. We never knew what we were missing until you came along, and then it all made perfect sense. I hope one day you stumble across this post, (😭) because I want you to always know how much you’re loved, and how we couldn’t imagine a life without you in it. You were the missing puzzle piece all along. The little walking beam of light we never knew we needed; the extra set of two little feet running around that made our home a little louder, a little messier, and a whole lot more meaningful and filled with laughter and love. You’ve kept my heart so full! I cannot wait to see where you go and what the world has in store for you. Happy Birthday my sweet boy. Xoxo.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our coach, Jesus Vega, for his tireless dedication and unwavering commitment to our team. Balancing a full-time job, taking care of his family and two children, and still making time to be at the gym every night to coach our members and fighters is a true testament to his character and passion.

His commitment doesn’t stop during the week. He also dedicates his weekends to traveling and being in our athletes’ corners, coaching and supporting them every step of the way as they compete. His selflessness and willingness to sacrifice his personal time never go unnoticed.

Coach Jesus has taken our team to another level, helping us achieve countless victories and milestones through his leadership, knowledge, and belief in every athlete he trains. He has made a lasting impact on our members, our fighters, and our gym as a whole.

We are beyond grateful for everything you do, Coach. Thank you for your dedication, your sacrifices, and for always believing in us. We truly appreciate everything you do for our team and our business. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you. 🥊❤️
