A look back at Art Basel Week in Miami Art Deco District

MIAMI, FLORIDA | ART BASEL 2025
Art everywhere. Energy nonstop. Miami fully in its creative era.

Grateful to my business colleague and fine art consultant, Vadim Paler, for showing me around Miami.

The Miami Art Deco District is the world’s largest concentration of 1930s-1940s resort architecture, located in South Beach between 5th and 23rd Street along Ocean Drive, Collins, and Washington Avenues. It features over 800 preserved buildings known for pastel colors, neon lighting, curved corners, and nautical motifs.

My first Art Basel… and yep, I get the hype.
Next year? Already loading.

Huge love to Anthony Liggins, CityBox Magazine Miami Pre-Launch Cover Star, and big hugs to Vadim Paler for the generosity, friendship, and the ultimate Miami art-world tour.

MIAMI. FLORIDA
ART BASEL WEEK 2025

Art Basel Miami Beach began in 2002 as the first U.S. edition of the prestigious Swiss Art Basel fair (originally founded in Basel in 1970), and it has since grown into one of the most important annual contemporary art events in the United States, anchoring Miami Art Week each December with hundreds of international galleries and vibrant satellite fairs.

At the Faena Hotel Miami Beach during Miami Art Week, the Library of Us is a major public art installation by British artist Es Devlin: a monumental, 50-foot revolving triangular library of about 2,500 books set within a reflective pool and encircled by a communal reading space that invites reflection and human connection.

My first ever at Art Basel Week. Next year is going to be epic.

MIAMI, FLORIDA
ART BASEL WEEK 2025
Where art, culture, and energy collide.
We kicked off Art Basel Week the CityBox way with the Pre-Launch of CityBox Magazine | Miami Edition at Gallery88, surrounded by bold creatives, visionaries, and the pulse of the city.

The experience flowed into the weekend at Faena Art’s The Library of Us, a space that invites you to slow down, tap in, and feel something real in the middle of the Miami buzz.

Led by acclaimed Fine Art Consultant Vadim Paler, Saturday wasn’t about walking through art, it was about connecting with it.

Conversations sparked. Perspectives shifted. The moment lingered.

Not just a weekend.
Not just Art Basel.
A vibe.
A movement.
The beginning of CityBox Miami.

I always feel like a Queen 👑 — no matter what.
Sometimes I’m a Smiley Queen 😊
Sometimes an Angry Queen 😤
Sometimes a Hungry Queen 🍕
Sometimes an “Ugly” Queen (but still fabulous) 💅
Sometimes a Messy, Dirty Queen 😜
But no matter the mood, the look, or the day — I’m always a QUEEN 👸
