How fortunate am I to work in a profession that I am truly passionate about—one that allows me to support others on their journeys of growth, healing, and self-discovery. Every day, I have the privilege of encouraging individuals to extend themselves grace, embrace their worth, and recognize that they, too, are deserving of love, compassion, and kindness.

There is something incredibly fulfilling about helping others learn to be gentle with themselves and discover the beauty of self-love. 🤍

I completed my 3rd marathon, but this one feels different. I finished last year’s Chicago Marathon feeling extremely defeated and honestly was going to give up running. Thankfully, I was able to see through all this doubt and set a goal to redeem myself. I came into Chicago not only consistently training, but also learning to love running. I’m very thankful for all the clubs that have welcomed me and pushed me to strive for this goal of mine. The heat was brutal, but I’m glad to say that the wall didn’t get the best of me this time around. Seriously, thank you all for all the support, all the runs, and the memories created through this journey. Also, this is the first race that my mom has been able to come to. Shout out mumz. I’m extremely blessed to have all these pillars that help build me up. Y si si? Next stop, Indiana 🗣️
