For years, I kept starting over.
I’d lose the weight, gain it back, build a routine, then let life take over — PICU shifts, late nights, conferences, responsibilities, the pandemic.
The problem was never knowledge. It was consistency.

Then my daughter gave me a reason to change. I wanted to be the father who lived what he believed, not one who kept making excuses.

So I stopped chasing motivation and built discipline into my life. Early mornings. Training. Better food. Then straight back to the ICU.

4 years. 24 kgs down. And still showing up.
The physique isn’t the achievement. It’s the result.

This is what discipline looks like at 39; when life doesn’t slow down, but you choose not to stop. ❤️
