Come with me to do goat yoga in Vail! 🐐🏔️

Yes, this is a real thing you can do! And yes, the goats absolutely will climb on you!

We did it at @vailstables, tucked up in the mountains at 8,000 ft. Between the thin air and a baby goat deciding your spine is the perfect place to nap, it's less "serious yoga practice" and more "the most fun you'll have on a mat all summer."🧘‍♀️

The best part? It's genuinely for all ages. Kids, grandparents, people who've never taken a yoga class in their life, everyone ends up laughing way too hard to care about form.

If you're planning a trip to the mountains, put this one on the list and save it for later!📌
