Your next favorite ski sweater? Oh, we found her. ❄️⛷

Hey, so… it’s OK.

Consider this your official permission slip to wear what you love, break a few fashion rules, buy another sweater (yes, another one), and be a little extra. ✨

Because who made these rules anyway?

Now it’s your turn! Finish the sentence: Hey, so… it’s OK to ______. 👇

We’ll go first: Own the same sweater in three colors. 😂

Designed ahead of its time. Still is.

Soaring glass, natural light all day, a glass elevator between the floors and a separate apartment for guests or a caretaker. Views of Vail Mountain and the Gore Range from the main rooms.

It’s the kind of house you personalize over years, not one you redo.

Comment ELEVATOR for the details.redo.

A glass elevator and ski-slope views, under $6.3M, in Vail.

At the end of a quiet road: four bedrooms, five bathrooms, walls of glass facing Vail Mountain and the Gore Range, a heated driveway and a three-car garage. If you started your search in Aspen, this is what the same number does here.

Comment ELEVATOR and I’ll send you the details.

“Only 1% of Vail Valley buyers are international.”

Let me tell you what that number hides because stats often only tell you one side of the story.

You’ve heard that Vail is an international destination, but only 1% of buyers are actually from outside the US?

Not exactly...what is hiding behind that number is the fact that many international buyers will purchase property through an LLC established in the US.

Check out the rest of the stats and let me know what surprised you the most.

Comment REPORT and I’ll send the full blog.

Sometimes...Mondays in October look like this. 🍂

Shoulder season in the Vail Valley means quieter mornings, golden aspens giving way to the last hints of fall, and the mountains getting ready for winter. Nobody warned me real estate could be this scenic.

If you’re thinking about finding a place here before the lifts open on November 13, this is a beautiful window to explore the valley before ski season gets underway.

This one has the kind of setting and character that make a mountain home feel special. Think thoughtful design, beautiful living spaces, and the kind of indoor-outdoor connection that makes the most of the Vail Valley setting.

Life here looks like:

- Morning coffee with ski slope views.
- A comfortable place to unwind after a day outside.
- Evenings spent on the deck as the mountains change with the light.
- Quiet, privacy, and space while still being close to everything you need.
- A home that feels like a retreat without feeling disconnected.

Located in the heart of Lionshead, this is the kind of property buyers wait for when they want a home that feels both special and livable.

Comment RITZ and I’ll send you all the information.

You might not know this, but many Vail Valley homes sell before they ever make it to Zillow or even the MLS.

The Vail Valley real estate market is competitive enough. A locally connected real estate advisor can give you access that online portals simply can’t.

Whether you’re looking in Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Avon, or anywhere throughout Eagle County, the home that fits you may never be one you could have found on your own.

If you’re looking to buy a home in the Vail Valley, let’s set up a private consultation to understand your goals. Send me a DM or visit VailAreaRealEstate.com to get started.
