2026 marks the 10th year of Westcoast Triple Plank! It also marks the 10th year of our partnership with Patagonia—our longest standing and Presenting Sponsor. Thank you @patagonia @patagoniavancouver . We are grateful that such an incredible brand has had our back since a decade. Our aligned environmental priorities are the foundation of this long-lasting relationship. Patagonia has been an industry leader in sustainability and fair trade employment for years, setting the bar for other brands. Designing durable, repairable and recyclable products we can stand behind. Marie-France Roy has built the Westcoast Triple Plank from the ground up, like her Ucluelet cob house, and Patagonia has been a part of the bonding clay. Together we have raised over 150k for @reddfishrestoration. We have planted thousands of trees. And we continue to build and educate an ever growing community of environmental advocates. Because of your energy and support, we’re sending big funds to Redd Fish Restoration Society—fueling salmon habitat work, kelp forest recovery, tree planting, youth education, and more across Clayoquot and Barkley Sound, in the territories of the Tla-o-qui-aht, Ahousaht, and Hesquiaht First Nations. We’re also backing @risingtidesurf , an Indigenous-led crew making grassroots impact, and @surfrider_pacificrim who are out there every day protecting this coastline we all love. Huge thanks to our major partners like @patagonia and @yeti , and to the local legends who truly make this event happen: • @districtoftofino, @tourismtofino and @tourismucluelet • @surf_junction – host heroes • @tofinobrewco – custom WCTP Sarah King Lager, with all proceeds donated back to Redd FISH • @tofinoresortandmarina – accommodating our staff + raffle support with their floating sauna • @relicsurfshop , @stormsurfshop and @jeanclaudiavandam for going above and beyond from @whiskeydocktrading It takes two communities—Tofino + Ucluelet—to pull this off. One of our favourite parts of WestCoast Triple Plank is the annual Give Back Day organized by @reddfishrestoration. Over the years, we’ve pulled invasive species, cleaned up trails, and this year—we planted trees. It’s where good vibes meet real impact. Because when 400+ people gather on the coast, it’s not just about surf, skate, and snow—it’s about giving back. This isn’t just a trip to Canada’s premier surf zone. It’s a chance to connect with the land and water, to learn from the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for these territories for generations, and to support Redd Fish’s work alongside five local First Nations to help protect it all.
