It sure was a good time.. no a great time… no no what’s better than great?… it was grr grrr grrr GRAND!

Overly grateful for all the laughs, love, and friends on this trip. The Grand Canyon sure does hold a lot of magic. 10/10.

Thankful for our boat Havasu and clean lines, and especially thankful for the best copilot around @sandmanagerofcans.

Remember to wash your f*ng hands and has someone made sure @thomas_christgnar is all good on coffee?

Big waves. Bigger laughs. After 24 days on the Colorado River I’m feeling lucky for new friends and the ridiculous kind of magic only a river trip has! Pretty Grand time if you ask me..

One of final take aways from this last year was to learn how to have more fun in life. Our time can be trivial and overly complicated, filled with false senses of importance towards things that truly don’t matter as much as we think. I have found that the more times I gave into my uncomfortable social norms, the more times I was pleasantly surprised. Life is genuinely too short to take too seriously, so relax, be stupid, and smile at the ridiculous. I’ve had to learn how to allow myself to try new things, and allow things to get a little unhinged. This is where real adventure stems, when things don’t go as planned is when life feels more on track.
In short sum, surround yourself with people doing things you find interesting, and your life with indefinitely be more enjoyable.
