Congratulations to the Quin men on ending the summer strong with a win at Riverboat 7s, and the TOLA championship! It has been an incredible summer, and the growth has been immense. We continued to build as the summer progressed and that’s all we can ask for. Two trophies is a nice bonus. We also want to congratulate the Quin Womxn on getting 2nd place in TOLA. They fought hard all summer, and several new players have really stepped up as athletes. Thank you to Shreveport for being wonderful hosts, all the refs that made the trip, and Isabel and Sloane for helping to take care of the players! And, of course, thank you to all the players and coaches that represented the Quins this summer. Always a great day to be a Quin!

At the LIT Rugby 7s Camp, we prepare our players for the future — and that starts with giving them the tools and data they need to stand out. 📊🏉🔥 Every camp begins with fitness testing: Broncos, 40-meter sprints, acceleration, movement patterns… all the markers that recruiters and coaches want to see. 💨💪 Check out what our Head Coach Perry Baker — one of the fastest players in the world — shared with our athletes to help them improve their scores. His ability to assess form instantly and make game-changing adjustments is what sets the LIT Rugby 7s Camp apart. This is the difference. 👀✨ 📣 NEXT CAMP: End of February – Chula Vista Olympic Training Center 🇺🇸 Registration opens soon. Get ready for world-class coaching, elite testing, and an experience that elevates your game. #LIT7s #LIT7s🔥 #LITRugby7sCamp #rugby7s #sevensrugby #futureeagles #rugbydevelopment #speedtraining #perrybaker #rugbyperformance #trainwiththebest
