There’s something so surreal about watching a dream slowly become your reality.🦢

I think about the little girl I used to be, the one who had so many ideas, so many dreams, and absolutely no idea how any of them would come to life.

I didn’t have the plan, or the answers, I just had the desire.

And maybe that’s the beautiful part.

Maybe the dreams that are placed so deeply on our hearts aren’t there to tease us with a life we can’t have. Maybe that desire is there because, somewhere within us, we already have the capacity to become the person who can create it.

So I’m going to keep dreaming, learning, building, and becoming.

Not because I know exactly where it will all lead, but because I owe it to the little girl who believed there was something more waiting for her.☁️

This is only the beginning.🧚‍♂️

MY BEAUTIQUE

Why Orange? 🧡

We chose orange because it’s bold, warm, and unapologetically different, just like individuality.

We wanted our space to feel welcoming to everyone, while celebrating the idea that beauty doesn’t have one look, one style, or one definition.

Did you know orange is a happy colour?

Orange brings that feeling of happiness, confidence, and positive energy that we want you to feel every time you walk through our doors 🧡

ALLOW ME TO REINTRODUCE MYSELF…

Hi, I’m Bahar, a full-time personal trainer with 8 years of coaching experience.

Over the years, I’ve worked in big box gyms, boutique studios, group fitness, and rehabilitation clinics, giving me the opportunity to coach hundreds of clients of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving your body composition, preparing for your wedding, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, managing menopause, or simply feeling stronger and more confident, I’ve helped people through it.

My coaching isn’t about quick fixes or unrealistic expectations. It’s about creating a plan that fits your lifestyle, helping you build sustainable habits, and giving you the confidence to walk into the gym knowing exactly what you’re doing.

If you’re ready to invest in your health and become the strongest version of yourself, I’d love to be part of your journey.

DM me for a free 10 minute intro call to discuss building a plan that works for you.
Let’s get started. 💪🏼
