Why are people so into Wellness in Costa Rica?

I think when you spend a lot of time surrounded by nature, clean environment, etc. you naturally want to feel better.

You start paying more attention to how you feel, physically and mentally.

At least for me, when I feel good in my body and have a clear mind, it tends to spill into the rest of my life. You’re more kind to people, have more energy, make better decisions, yada yada.

So it’s no surprise that wellness becomes such a big part of people’s lives here.

A. The pure & beautiful environment lends itself to it, and B. At the end of the day, I think we’re all just trynna feel good.
