Acqua🌊Aria🌪️Terra🪨Fuoco🔥
Quando gli elementi naturali fanno da cornice a un gruppo di anime affini come quelle del Fuerte Boxing Sport Camp, non può che nascere un’esperienza straordinaria!

Una settimana (sempre troppo breve) per ritrovarsi e riscoprirsi.

Portarsi a casa non solo nuovi sport, ma nuovi legami, nuovi ricordi indelebili.

Anche questa volta, Fuerteventura, con le sue persone meravigliose, i suoi paesaggi mozzafiato e la sua energia, ci ha cullati (e un po’ frullati!) durante i nostri allenamenti 🥊🏋🏼‍♀️🏄🚴‍♂️

Queste prime edizioni sono solo l’inizio di un’avventura meravigliosa.

La difficoltà nello yoga non è tanto nell’esecuzione di asana difficili, quanto nell’integrare la conoscenza acquisita nella vita quotidiana.

Ed è per questo che abbiamo pensato a questo pomeriggio speciale in compagnia di @valenparmi: la “Devozione del guerriero” non è solo un’interpretazione di letture lontane da noi, ma una vera e propria chiacchiera a cuore aperto per rendere la pratica strumento efficace nelle difficoltà di tutti i giorni.

Un appuntamento da non perdere, adatto a chi si vuole avvicinare di più al mondo dello yoga più profondo.
