Déj de potes 🍴🎯🍷

N'oubliez jamais de prendre le temps de déjeuner avec vos amis.

Prendre du temps pour soi et ses potes.
C'est chose faite ce midi avec @valentin_joliff_ chez @dents.deloup cette boucherie qui fait table et qui régale!

La charcuterie est faite maison et elle est de gros niveau.

On s'est fait :
La Terrine Grand-Mère, terrine de cochon fermier et foie de volailes 👌

Exceptionnelle Fromage de tête, terrine de tête de cochon confite en gelée et aromates
L'énorme Zbaaam 💥

Croquettes de cochon, pied de cochon confit 🐾 🐽

Carpaccio de boeuf, boeuf, courgettes, fêta 🐂🥒

Brochette d'agneau, brochette de gigot d'agneau au BBQ, aubergine, poivron

Et un Faux-filet d’Armoricaine maturé 90 jours

Delighted to have crafted the PWF x @birkenstock menu yesterday.

“Rethink the existing” was the creative direction.

One dish explored the memory of a traditional tomate farcie, reimagined as a chilled tomato polpette, layered with aromatic herbs and finished with a cherry dashi.

Thanks to @bureaurevolvr for bringing this idea to life, and as always, thanks to @food_and_talent for making it happen.
