One month of Aftermath ✨

I tend to write when I’m trying to make sense of something, sometimes before I even know how I feel. I’m so grateful to have found an outlet in songwriting, and somehow some of it ended up on our EP. I couldn’t be prouder of how we brought these ideas to life as a band.

I had envisioned the release show down to the finest detail, from the lighting to the sound to the glitter on my mic. Two weeks before the show, we were still wrapping up songs, writing an intro, waiting for my outfits to arrive, and wondering how on earth we’d get everything ready in time. But waking up that day, I wasn’t nervous anymore. We’d rehearsed so much, and I knew we were ready.

We just wanted to enjoy every second, and we got to do that in a room packed with people rooting for us. Massive thanks to everyone who helped us make this happen<3

We’re hungry for more and can’t wait to be back on stage!!

Give Aftermath a listen if you haven’t yet.

xx leni
