Strong today. Dancing for years to come. 💫 When it comes to longevity as a dancer, it’s about more than perfecting technique; it’s about building the balance, stability, strength, and control that support every turn, extension, and landing. That’s why we teamed up with @valeriegolobic, NASM CPT, GFI, and CWC, to share five single-leg exercises that help dancers build strength, improve balance, and enhance stability for better performance and longevity. ✨ Single-Leg RDL to Passé + Shoulder Press Benefits: Hamstring and glute strength, ankle stability, and upper-body strength. ✨ Passé with Halo Benefits: Core activation and bracing, balance, ankle strength and stability, and full-body control. ✨ Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive + Calf Raise Benefits: Improved balance, calf strength, and lower-body strength through the quads and glutes. ✨ Single-Leg Calf Raises Benefits: Calf strength, single-leg stability, balance, and core engagement. ✨ Single-Leg Extension Front to Side with Resistance Band Benefits: Quad strength, inner- and outer-thigh strength, and enhanced single-leg stability and control. Every exercise challenges your body to move with intention while developing the functional strength needed to keep doing what you love for years to come. Fitness is about more than training for the next performance; it’s about learning to train for life. 💛 Ready to help others build strength, resilience, and longevity through movement? Become an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and gain the knowledge to coach clients toward lifelong performance and wellness. Link in bio. #NASM #Longevity #DanceTraining
