MOVE OF GOD 2026 @churchofthevale

This weekend was incredible. Our third Move of God weekend as a church, and every year there’s another layer, another depth of God that we get to experience together.

What I never tire of is the testimonies - people giving their lives to Jesus, healings in the room, people encountering the power of God and unable to stand, the pouring out of heavenly gifts, those in the middle of a trial being comforted, and so much more. The testimonies are still flowing in. Ultimately, to God be all the glory!

To our visiting ministry, Ps Nadia Clarke and Ps Josh Greenwood - wow. Our church LOVES you, and we would love to have you back in the Vale in time to come. Serving Jesus is best done alongside quality people, and you both are nation leaders. There’s something special you carry, and from the young to the old, you have been welcomed, loved, and have stirred so much faith and stewarded so many moments of a Move of God at Church of the Vale.

To Vale Worship - singing our own songs, songs of this house, over our people in this season was so very powerful. I cannot wait for the world to hear them and meet Jesus through them also.

To the Carriers of the Vision - thank you. The faith, the hours served, the prayers prayed to facilitate this vision is something Laticia and I are so deeply grateful for.

To our staff team - you are the best. You serve so faithfully and work so hard to hold true to vision, believing for our people, our youth, our children to encounter God. We love you and are so grateful for you.

We are so blessed to see the seeds that have been sown start to shoot - but my goodness, there is so much more to come.

Move of God 2027… let’s go. 🔥

Move of God is our annual conference at Church of the Vale. Three days, five sessions, from Friday night through to Sunday night. Three speakers, worship, and a whole house believing together for breakthrough. Our kids have their own conference running alongside it, 'Child of God'. ⁠

Reflecting on the last 24 hours and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for what God did through UPPERROOM 2026.

I just wanted to first prioritise being with God and with people this weekend before going louder on socials but it never gets old when you get to witness what He’s doing in this generation.

Thank you to @andywaddell_ , @jakedanielminchio , and every regional leader, Sr Pastor, YA pastor or leader who said yes to steward and serve - the regions is what makes our fellowship strong! Massive love to @zacdrent and @laurendrent for sharing on the panel ❤️‍🔥

To @jason.bedville , thank you for leading a world class band, far out… this team is elite and the fruit of what so many churches have built in people. HUGE LOVE and appreciation for @__anamoir coming to be with us friday night also 🔥🔥🔥

To @fred_porter__ , the grace you carry to lead people into God’s presence and power was an incredible way to end the weekend. I honour you and love you bro!

To @james.a.murray , you make the word of God so real and livable for people. Thank you for every word, on and off the platform.

Welcome to the vale.

To say that today was special is an understatement.

What has been building, in our Church, for the last three years has been powerful - identity shifting and alignment towards a vision of the future and taking full shape and expression under this banner of Church of the Vale.

Same Vision.
Same Values.
New identity.

A Vale is a Valley and it’s in the valley in God where dead things come alive, where bones rattle and stand again, where the breath of God is present and what is raised is then released to extend the territory of the Kingdom.

We believe this is our story. A story that is 61 years in the making and today we sealed it and stepped over a threshold and into this new season as Church of the Vale.

Church, it is an honour and privilege to lead and pastor you, let’s continue to press on and into all that God has for us.

And a MASSIVE amount and love to our Board and Staff - amazing season and stewardship to see us step into this new day!

It’s official. We are Church of the Vale.

Today the breath of God moved in the room and dead things came alive.

We stood on our feet as an exceedingly great army, commissioned to carry what God has placed in our hands for this valley and beyond.

This is not the end of something. This is the beginning. 🔥

No better place to be than church on a Sunday 🙌

This morning was powerful. Ps Ryan preached with clarity and conviction on purpose from the Built Different collection, reminding us we’re not here by accident. Ps Mel led us into deep, faith-filled prayer moments, and our worship team created space for real connection with God and with one another.

Grateful for a house that believes, prays, worships, and leans in together. Built different. Living on purpose.

The first of two services today - this was the fuller one, the 8:30 service today @cityhope.church - what’s happening in our church is humbling.

Auditorium packed and people hungry to worship God and respond to the good news of Jesus.

Living in the days we prayed for and I know there is more to come 🔥

Move of God 2025 was beyond powerful 🙌 As a youth leader, it was incredible to see our students step deeper into their faith and experience God in a real way. Watching them worship, surrender, and grow closer to Him reminded me why we do what we do. God moved not just in the youth, but in every leader and every heart in the room. This is only the beginning of what He’s doing! 🔥
