Had fun getting back to the striking groove again. @valhalla1976 is prepped and ready for competition this Saturday at Teamsters Hall in Cedar Rapids. Demian has made a lot of improvements in this camp and I’m very proud of the mental and physical progress we made in training. Excited and honored to be in his corner with @italian.wife #harddriveperformancecenter #keonikoch #valhallacombatclub #boxing #martialartslifestyle

2024 was a wild, whirlwind adventure of a year. So many things worked, broke, came together, fell apart, gave me boundless energy, exhausted me to my core, and gave me incredible joy. The experiences I gained this year are jet fuel for the future and some of my happiest memories. Looking back on this year I'm filled with love, gratitude, humility, passion, and motivation for the years to come. Thank you to everyone that supported me, taught me a lesson, and kicked me in the ass when I needed it.

//FEATURE WORK\\ Operation: CRIMSON NIGHT As we get closer to the end of the year, I wanna reflect on one of the most challenging shoots I have ever done, but also very rewarding and a great learning experience and knowledge gainer. I had the pleasure of being one of the leading cinematographers for @jake_of_all.trades & @valhalla1976 feature film, and boy, was it tough, but I will admit I love that we got great results using all the resources that we had and an excellent cast & crew that was put together. There are probably more people that I need to tag on this post, but I just wanted to thank every single person on this project and my other projects for believing in me and for giving me the honor and the privilege of being able to do this as a career Directors// @jake_of_all.trades @valhalla1976 DP// @the_cinemamaster Studio// @mediaverse_studios Camera// Sony FX3 Lenses// @siruiimaging Anamorphic Lens Set

I love medieval era films, and being entrusted to play "Mouth" in Yule Father has been such a treat. I cannot thank the folks at Cintree Films and Mediaverse Studios for giving me such diverse, interesting, and compelling characters to play. It makes me absolutely giddy to be in a film like this, and I can't wait to share it! My acting reel keeps on growing and I cannot overstate how happy I am to have such a diverse catalog to choose from. That's all thanks to the trust that the wonderful people in the Iowa film industry have in me. Thank you so much to all of you, genuinely :)

After a very long and tiring four days of production of Yule Father, we recover to film one more day and then go into post-production. I couldn't be more proud of this project and all the people who have made it happen. It's going to be something cool. //NEW WORK\\ I’ve had the pleasure of being the DP for @jake_of_all.trades & @valhalla1976 feature film Operation Crimson Night. It’s been a tough indie film to make, but I have to say, This is the best cast & crew I’ve ever worked with. The dedication and patience between takes and setups have exceeded what I think we could ever expect. Between our fantastic lighting team leads @michaelhuntington_ @nate__kaiser and their crew going above expectations to @chasewstine superior sound work and mastery of sound & also @emmaellise and her makeup team doing an excellent job on the film’s makeup needs! And every single person that I couldn’t tag who has helped out as an extra or crewmember, every single person has been fantastic to work with, and I cannot wait to see where this film goes! How does a man navigate the holidays when the only family he had is gone? He learns that family is more than he thought. The Family You Choose is connected to Iowa in almost every way. Not only is everyone on set a resident of Iowa, all filming locations were in Iowa, it was produced in Iowa & the story takes place in Iowa. Most people in our cast and crew were born & raised Iowan. If there were an award for the most Iowan of the Iowa connections, we would probably win. Some see The Family You Choose by Sabrynq Papagni and Demian Alan Mancino on Friday, April 5th @ 8:05pm or Saturday, April 6th @ 11:10am! #proamshortfilm #thefamilyyouchoose #CRIFF #CRIFF2024 #CedarRapidsIndependentFilmFestival #FilmFestivals #independentfilm #cedarrapids #thisisiowa #filmfestival #filmfestivalcircuit #iowafilm #marioniowa
