Exciting update!! 🤍

Today was the first day of my Hot Mat Pilates Teacher Training, and I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter!

Almost exactly one year ago, I began my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and I never could have imagined how much my life would change because of it. From deepening my own practice to finding a love for teaching, connecting with new people, and stepping outside of my comfort zone, that journey has brought me so much more than I ever expected.

Now, I’m so excited to continue learning, growing, and challenging myself in a new way. I can’t wait to see what this next journey has in store. 🧘‍♀️✨

Here’s to new beginnings, embracing the unknown, and trusting where the journey takes me.

If you’ve been “on” too long, the volume will eventually drop and the pause will choose you. 🎤❤️ Slide 5 is an attempt at some gratitude and will pop on my story. It’s a tad pathetic 🫠 But you all are so wonderful. See you Sunday morning at @studiothree FM! Wear blue for throat chakra ◡̈

Big Love,
Katy

📣 shoutout to my yoga buddy @has_been for being the visual lead today!
