Dad and I talked about the control and mental presence he’s so good at explaining the focus under pressure! I didn’t quite get the job done,no outs runners on first and second going on the mound, passed ball tying the game! I was one pitch away from closing the game with three outs and the save! Live for the stress, the bright lights, the moment! 4-4 game! #travelball #baseballlife⚾️ #lhpfamily #multisportathlete #lhp

@valley_icons had a game today with my teammates at the woodbat tourney! International overtime 8-7 but came up just short! Hurled 4innings against 20 batters giving up 1 hit and a 2ER with 4 fans. Thanks to my defense got me out of a few jams! Fun intense battle today boys! Getting closer to being on top! #travelball #baseballlife⚾️ #lhpfamily #lhp

Great group of ballers this evening @valley_icons . Today we sprinted-squatted-pressed-pulled. Keep it simple and let them build on it. Doesn't need to be crazy heavy or ridiculous high volume. Stick to the basics always, it will work forever. #gorillacompound #strengthtraining #youthstrengthtraining #baseball

Day one captains log! @valley_icons with the game two win went 3 for 3 single, single, triple, 3RBI! Pulled two with an oppo punch for a well rounded spray chart! Mound work wasn’t my best Picasso painting and worked through some errors and some Walks to get off the diamond with the win and that’s all that counts! Thanks mom and dad for everything! My teammates and coaches! Haha and shout out to factory for chanting my name to get me on the mound in game one! That was live! Thanks guy appreciate the love! #travelball #baseballlife⚾️ #lhpfamily #utilitylefty
