“Thrills Pils” is a West Coast Pilsner very lightly hopped in the kettle with Dolcita and Galaxy, then massively dry hopped with the same two hops. Although is may look like a Hazy IPA, it has that Pilsner yeast character with a touch of fruity hop character. It’s a delicious, easy drinker at 5.5% ABV.

Hazy IPA “Blorphin” ready for drinking! Nothing like an afternoon foamer and a great record to soothe your soul.

This one’s heavily hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial. Very delicious!

A bit of lagering to do yet, but it’s so good right now. I hope it survives the lagering process 🤣🤣😜
