LONG RAW UNEDITED; BUT WORTH THE LISTEN

One of the greatest lessons I can teach my kids is that life isn’t always going to go your way.

There will be setbacks, disappointments, failures, and moments when things don’t work out the way you hoped.

But it’s how you respond to those moments that builds character.

I want my kids to understand that resilience isn’t about being the strongest person in the room. It’s about having the courage to get back up, the discipline to keep working, and the mindset to never let one setback define who you are.

As a father, I know my kids are watching more than they’re listening. That’s why I try to lead by example, showing them that no matter your age or the obstacles in front of you, you keep showing up.

You can’t always control what happens to you, but you can control how you respond.

That’s a lesson I hope they carry with them long after I’m gone. 💪🇺🇸

Every dollar raised goes straight to supporting a veteran—and you can make a difference on November 7th at the ValorFit Games! 🇺🇸

Join us to cheer on the athletes, grab official ValorFit apparel and swag for sale, and show your support. We will be accepting on-site donations via cash, check, or Venmo throughout the day as we come together to change the lives of the incredible men and women who have protected ours.

As ValorFit continues to grow, so does the need for donors and supporters to carry out our mission. Even if you can’t make it on November 7th, you can still make an impact today by donating online or spreading the word to help connect ValorFit with new community partners.

See you soon!
