Brian Deoleo is a prominent music video commissioner. He currently serves as the Director of Video Production at Epic Records, a position she has held since 2024. Deoleo has over a decade of experience in the industry. Before his time at Epic, he worked his way up from intern to Video Production Manager Administration at Atlantic Records.

Throughout his career, he has commissioned a plethora of iconic music videos such as Madison Beer (“Make You Mine”) & Mariah the Scientist (“Is It a Crime”)

He continues to actively commission current visual projects for artists assigned to Epic Records, most recently the visualizers for Tyla’s A*POP album.

Jen Herrera Richter is a spectacular and formidable Creative Executive Producer and Directors Rep who founded her own company, Las Bandas Be Brave, in 2010. Herrera Richter has years of top-level expertise in the music, advertising, and entertainment industries. Before her time at Las Bandas Be Brave, Jen fulfilled roles at Warner Music US and UK as well as being the first independent directors rep for commercials in the United Kingdom.

Throughout her career, she has helped move the pop culture needle by creative commissioning and repping directors for over two thousand famous music videos, commercials, social and digital content pieces, as well as tour visuals and experiential shoots.

Jill Kaplan is a NY-based creative commissioner and visual matchmaker who connects artistic vision with a global audience. Her extensive career spans music videos, short-form content, live events, documentaries, and experiential activations. Her creative path took shape at Atlantic Records as Video and Content Commissioner and later returned to the major label system as VP of Creative at Columbia Records.

Kaplan’s career is highlighted by collaborations with artists on projects such as Malcolm Todd (“Original,” “Concrete”) and Ella Langley (“You Look Like You Love Me”). She now operates as an independent creative and visual consultant.
