tgif & happy thin-ass veil season 👻 especially bc we are still having mini heatwaves, i relish the moments of true fall. the cool air, damp mornings, and even the fading sunlight remind me i’m an animal who needs to rest. am i resting? not nearly as much as my body wants 😭😭😭 trying to get it where i can, in tiny pockets of stillness, & be gentle to myself in my imperfect practice. hmu if you wanna align with yourself & be in practice together 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The @valkyries lost Game 2….but Ballhalla says we’re not done yet! 💜⚔️👏🏾 Down 15 with under a minute left, and 18,000+ people stayed in their seats chanting G-S-V until the final buzzer… Then the @threads timeline did something wild: @nyliberty fans, @lvaces fans and @minnesotalynx fans all logged on to say the same thing…Respect. 💐 Here’s what most people don’t know: Northern California went over a decade without a @wnba team. Fans and community leaders fought and literally petitioned to bring one back to the Bay. So that chant wasn’t about one game…..It was about the legacy. To the Valks are heading to ATL… and BALLHALLA just sent a message to the whole league: WE RIDE. REGARDLESS. Series is 1–1. Game 3 is Wednesday at 5pm PT. 🏀 Now imagine having that kind of energy in your corner when you pivot, launch your business or go for the promotion. 👀💜💜💜⚔️👏🏾 That’s why I created The Elevator: virtual speed networking for women who love the WNBA and their careers. We’re back this January for the Unrivaled season. 💬 Comment “ROOM” and we’ll DM you the waitlist link. 📤 Send this to the Valks fan who never leaves early. 📷 Posts by @cassiechantel @_itsjustvee @broookerosh @alwaysalyssaj @chrisanne.salvador @sdotcole @aaronkomo @jaye_dot adams1811t @957thegame #WNBAThreads #Ballhalla #GoldenStateValkyries #WNBAFinals #WomenInSports

A sample of the postcards people handwrote at Ballhalla yesterday and @rikkisbarsf today, and the only reason you don’t see tear stains all over them is because I’m not crying you are. Women’s sports fans are just some of the best humans on earth and I’ll stand by that forever. THANK YOU. How could a voter ban trans kids after getting these??? No on I-638 in WA! Thank you @outvotehq for helping make this loveliness possible!
