HOW ANTWERP WON THE DE KING MASTER 2026 🇧🇪

Antwerp are De King Master 2026 champions.

But what made their game so effective?

In this breakdown, I look at 3 key elements of their performance:

Defensive identity : 14.4 points allowed per game and a clear protection approach in the final.

Clering the ball :getting the ball out quickly through passing before slowing down to build their half-court offense.

Offensive identity : high-post check-ball entries, screen-aways in transition and 33.2 possessions per game.

A team that showed a clear identity on both ends of the court.

What stood out to you most about Antwerp? 👇

This win felt different. 💙

After coming close at the Europe Cup with Belgium, missing out on the Macau ticket in Phoenix hurt. Then we flew straight to Deqing, carrying the travel, the time difference and everything that had happened in the weeks before.

Our first game there didn’t go our way either. But we got another chance, and Team Antwerp took it together.

The photos show four of us celebrating in Deqing, but this journey belongs to the whole group. Caspar played with us in Phoenix, and Andrej is part of this team too. Dennis, Nick, Vic, Caspar and Andrej — proud to be on this journey with you. And thank you to everyone working behind the scenes.

The highlights show how we won. These photos show what it meant to us. 🏆
