If you know me even decently well, you know I'm an insomniac. Even as a little baby, my dad would have to drive me around the neighborhood sometimes for hours to get me to fall asleep. Getting good sleep is the white whale of my life.

Needless to say, I was hugely excited to direct this three-party mini-series, SLEEP TRAINING *FOR GROWN-UPS, featuring @gwyneth and @drcherimah . @acecontent_ and I team up with @westin and @goop to dive into the latest sleep science from @stanford University to see how good sleep can help us reach our full potential.

For somebody who doesn’t sleep much, this project was a dream come true.

Hey there! I wanted to get in touch on behalf of @gnarcyofficial. We've got some totally cool jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the perfect fit to rock our latest collection of rugged accessories!

If you're interested, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – completely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyofficial, and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙
