Non è dove sei. È come ti attraversi.

Sound healing? Isn’t that just a woo-woo trend?

Honestly? From the outside, it totally looks like that. You're lying on a mat, someone’s waving bowls around, and you're wondering if you accidentally joined a spa-themed cult.

But here’s what’s actually going on — and it’s supported by science, not just good vibes and intentions.

Sound is vibration. And since your body is about 70% water, those vibrations travel deep — not just through your ears, but through your whole system. It’s like a gentle massage for your nervous system.

When you’re stressed or anxious, your nervous system is in “fight or flight” mode. Sound healing helps shift you into “rest and relax” mode — the state where real healing and recovery happen.

Certain frequencies used in sound healing actually help slow your brainwaves down, similar to what happens during deep meditation or restful sleep — shifting you from that “running on caffeine and to-do lists” mode into deep rest and calm.

People often say after a session, “I feel calmer,”
“I feel lighter,” or “I didn’t realize how tense I was until I relaxed.” That’s not magic — that’s biology responding to sound.

For me, being a sound healer means helping people slow down, breathe deeper, and remember that they’re more than just a crazy monkey mind.

I am here to help your nervous system chill out, one bowl at a time.😁

So no, sound healing isn’t just a trend. It’s a tool — a gentle, natural way to help the body and mind reset. And in a world that never stops, we could probably all use a little more of that.

What do you think? Have you ever experienced sound bath before ? Join my upcoming Sound bath coming soon ! :)

Today, I want to share four of my favorite self-care rituals—gentle, powerful practices inspired by the Earth and rooted in love.

1-Nourishing Face Mask – White clay gently purifies sensitive skin without stripping it. Rose powder softens and revitalizes, while chamomile and calendula infusions calm inflammation and support skin regeneration. Leave on for 6 minutes, then rinse before the clay fully dries—your skin will feel balanced and refreshed. I end my ritual with a spray of rose water mist.

2-Nasal Hygiene with Neti Pot – Using warm water with Celtic sea salt, this Ayurvedic ritual clears the nasal passages, helps prevent sinus infections, improves breathing, and supports mental clarity. Especially beneficial in dry or polluted environments. It’s a grounding morning ritual that connects breath and presence.

3-Mouth Detox Ritual – Brushing with a bamboo toothbrush avoids microplastics. A copper tongue scraper removes bacteria and improves digestion and taste. Coconut oil mouth rinse infused with fennel seeds supports oral microbiome balance, freshens breath, and reduces inflammation in the gums.

4-Hair Care Ritual – Rice water strengthens hair, boosts volume, and supports growth. Washing with organic rosemary shampoo stimulates the scalp and reduces hair loss. A final rinse with apple cider vinegar mixed with water smooths the hair cuticle and enhances shine. A few drops of sesame oil as a conditioner nourish the scalp and protect ends from dryness.

These rituals are natural, effective, and deeply nourishing—an invitation to slow down, reconnect to the natural world, and care for your body with intention. Our bodies are sacred. Nature gives us all we need to glow, heal, and honor ourselves.

Save this post for later and feel free to share your tips to support natural beauty.

Embracing Strength & Grace

The body is our altar, a sacred space where discipline meets self-love.
Mastering the Baby Grasshopper pose didn’t happen overnight—it was a journey of patience, presence, and trust in my own evolution.

Yoga isn’t about forcing; it’s about flowing.
True progress happens when we balance effort with kindness, commitment with acceptance.
Some days, our bodies feel open and strong; other days, they ask for rest. And that’s okay.

The key is to listen, to respect, and to keep moving forward with intention.

So, wherever you are in your practice, breathe.

Honor your body. Celebrate the small victories. Growth is happening, even when you don’t see it.

Love, Flo

Capturing Essence, Presence & Purpose

Choosing to do a professional photoshoot was more than just a way to promote my yoga practice. It was an act of presence, a way to honor this chapter of my life, embracing the path I have chosen with gratitude and authenticity.

Six years ago, I took a leap of faith, leaving behind a different career to align with my soul’s purpose. Today, yoga is not just what I do—it is who I am.

Through these images, I wanted to infuse my essence: my femininity, my energy, and the values I carry—kindness, natural beauty, open-mindedness, and optimism.

Beyond the aesthetics, these photographs hold memories. They are a reflection of my inner journey, my devotion to sharing spirituality, and the beauty of being fully alive in the present moment.

My dear friend, @talelook a talented photographer, helped me translate this energy into images.

My hope is that when you look at them, you do not just see me—you feel the essence of yoga, the harmony of body and soul, and the quiet strength that lives within us all.

Love, Flo
