For our 34th edition of Mavrica Tech. We present an unknown yet mysterious act that the head honcho KINN adored since their gathering. VanDerUrh is a DJ/Producer based in Slovenia, near a city district named Vič. He's been on the scene as far as he can remember and first started producing Drum and Bass and Hip Hop until the chant of House music gave him. Was in a duo named User Friendly which later converted to SNATCHEDZ and Phat End with his friend Wookie Woo! Now sit back and relax and let your eyes roll back as music flows

Check it out in our LinkTree Link in our bio!

"How many times did you think about how could you be perceived as unique and leave your competitors speechless.

How could you attract the right people that pays you for what you are worth.

Being different is the key.

Every day we choose products based on our perception of their value by just benefits and features and never because they could set us apart from the crowd.

We took a piece of steel and seen a work of art in it.

We wanted to create the finest dumbbell in the world completely made in Italy, and make it your business card.

Everyone that walks through your gym must be amazed about what you have reserved for them.

How much value you are putting into their hands to let them train well, to feel different and most of all to feel incredibly unique.

if you want to really impress your customers, then you have to give them more than what they usually get from others.

Be Different, Be Unique, Be Younix."

[Is your company a magnet for best employees or you still trying to get juice by squeezing a stone?] The purpose of every team-based organization is to create a healthy team culture where team members share their ideas freely and collaborate effectively towards the achievement of the sought-after objective.

We operate with a low number of skilled workers and managers who can effectively supervise others.
Institutionalizing an effective team-based organization with a flat structure let us save time, money and frustration in managing employees.
Team-based organizational structure eliminates multiple layers of command and speeds up the free-flow of information thus making the organization leaner and more effective.
Every employee's task can therefore directly translate to customer value with zero waste. Assignments can be distributed among team members with moderate effort as everyone is working towards a common goal.
That's why I:
• Employ only smart and experienced people. • Aim for continuous improvement. • Invest in continuous education.
And you can apply all this even to your gym:
