Yesterday showed us that it really doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in business or what industry you’re in. What matters is the room you’re in. We had women around the table with completely different businesses, different experience and different things they wanted to move forward. But everyone had something valuable to bring, whether that was perspective, a suggestion, a connection, a question or simply seeing something from a different angle. And that’s the bit we love. Because people didn’t just leave with ideas. They left knowing what they were focusing on and what their first step needed to be. And we’ve already started seeing those first steps happen. People putting feelers out. Sharing what they’re working on. Taking action on conversations from the day. And the group is still sharing ideas, recommendations and opportunities with each other now. That’s what we want these Masterminds to do. Not just give you a brilliant day out of the business, but help you move something forward once you’re back in it. ➡️ Our January Mastermind launches very soon. If you’d like to be first to hear, comment WAITLIST and the WWS-bot will send you the link! 📸 Massive thank you as always to @hesterbarnes_brandphotographer for documenting the day. @silentpooldistillers Thank you for a great space to think big! #WomenInBusinessUK #SurreyBusinessWomen #FemaleFoundersUK #BusinessMastermind SurreyNetworking

This week is exactly what I hoped it would be. A few voice notes while walking the dog. Sunny afternoons in the garden. Watching my clients make progress while making memories with my family. And it’s reminded me why I built Altitude the way I did. For years, business owners have been told they just need to find the right coach. I don’t think that’s true. No one person can be the best at everything. Business growth doesn’t happen because you find one brilliant coach. It happens because you have the right people around you at the right time. ➡️ This week, our Lead Energetics Coach @catgoogeofficial is helping a client think about the energy they’re bringing into their businesses. ➡️ Our Brand Strategist @vanessaeves is helping another refine their brand strategy and messaging. ➡️ And our Lead Mindset Coach @kayleighprovins_ has been unlocking confidence and potential for a third client. Different expertise. Different moments. One shared goal. One of our clients, Michelle, summed it up better than I ever could: “It’s like having your own business SWAT team.” I still smile every time I read that. Because that’s exactly what I hoped Altitude would become. Not a business built around me. A business built around helping other business owners have the right people beside them as they grow. Because that’s the kind of business I’m building too. ❤️ If you could add one expert to your business tomorrow, who would it be - and why?
