yesterday we closed @spellingbeenyc , and I couldn’t think of a more special night. though I wasn’t in the show for very long, I was welcomed with such open arms to a brilliant, talented, and hilarious group of people. thank you for love, and the laughter!! what an insane opportunity, to have made my off-Broadway debut with a character that will stick with me forever. Logainne, my little peanut, the world is waiting for you!!

Two years ago: a road trip down to the Kennedy Center to see @spellingbeenyc (Thank you to my parents who agreed to that looong trip!)

This past Sunday: the show played its final performance at New World Stages off-Broadway.

I could have never predicted that I would love this show so much. My friends, you will be deeply, deeply missed. Thank you to everyone involved onstage and backstage. Good bee. ❤️🐝

A transfer to New World Stages. Thankful that I was able to take 13 trips to the Bee

😲🐝🤩 OMG!!! I got the super lucky chance to be a guest speller on the Broadway musical, *The 25th Annual Putnam County SPELLING BEE*! It was such an unforgettable experience! I adore clever and creative writing (iykyk!), so when I found out about this show and how 4 audience members could sign up to be possibly picked as a guest speller, I knew I wanted to try!

The experience was absolutely amazing with a stellar cast, and humorous personalized dialogue plus strategically selected words for each guest speller. I still have the word I missed in 6th grade for the spelling bee burned in my memory (it was *ennui*), and now I have a new "mortifying" word to funny-fondly remember. I somehow missed the tricky T at the beginning of this word. Can you guess what it was?!!!

*Thank you* SPELLING BEE NYC for choosing me for one of the elusive spots. I had a blast taking my big chance, being on stage, and even speaking with some of the cast after who very kindly signed and took pics with me! For anyone who's in or near the city, it's the *last day* TODAY with a 1pm and 6:30pm show. Such an entertaining experience whether you are a guest speller or not (but good luck if you go on stage too!)

A reminder that there is ALWAYS an incredible show backstage. #swings and #understudies are the backbone to the theater. You wouldn’t have a show without them. Consider yourself lucky to find a white slip in your program. 😊

To my fellow understudies, y’all kept me sane. I love you all so much. Thank you for the many memories and the MANY laughs. You are the only people I ever would’ve wanted to do this with. 😘

Oh lil mama, we’ve had quite the ride. Ten years in the making of trying to play this role and we finally did it. She pushed me, got me out of my comfort zone, and taught me to trust my instincts. And most importantly, I got to scream about racism and profess my love for @badbunnypr to thousands of people💁🏽‍♀️ #worthit
